Keeping Our Sanity During Baby's First Year

Kitchen Inspiration

Our kitchen is fairly small and in need of a serious makeover. We’ve already painted the walls, but we need to paint the cabinets, replace the hardware, replace the baseboards, replace some of the appliances, buildunder-cabinet lighting, create a back splash, redo the floors and windows, get new dining furniture, etc. It will require a lot of work and a lot of money so we are definitely taking it one step at a time. Isn’t that incredible?! Our kitchen is smaller and we won’t be knocking down any walls (yet) but I think with a few innovative ideas and space-saving techniques, we can really transform our kitchen into something special.

Here are some more inspirations. I think I definitely see a trend – open, light, modern but warm.
