Keeping Our Sanity During Baby's First Year

The Joys of Labor

I’ve been starting to think about labor a little more since we had our hospital tour a couple weeks ago. One of my biggest fears has been…well…let’s just say that it isn’t the pain or the epidural or the potential episiotomy (ick). It’s what might also be pushed out with the baby. I’ve already told my husband that he is to be by my head at all times (but I know when I’m in the moment, I probably won’t care.)

For anyone else who might be having this same fear, I highly recommend this hilarious post by Tracy Moore on Jezebel.com: How I Learned To Stop Worrying And Love Pooping During Childbirth. Also read through the comments, some of them are just as funny.
